Delivery & Returns


*Please Note: If you are buying a gift for Christmas, the postal strikes are going to severely affect delivery times so please order early. Strike dates are as follows: 30th Nov, then 1st, 9th, 11th, 14th, 15th, 23rd & 24th December

We deliver anywhere in the world. But please be aware delivery times are less predictable outside the EU.

We'll package and despatch your order as soon as possible.

All orders are sent by First Class delivery through Royal Mail and should arrive within 5 working days. So, if you haven't received your goods within this time, please get in touch.

Outside UK - £7.50



We hope you'll love your purchase. But if you're not satisfied, or wish to return them for any reason, we'll offer you a replacement or full refund provided you contact us within 28 days of receipt.

Unless received faulty or damaged, products must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received them. Including in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Unless goods are received damaged, or incorrectly, shipping costs are non-refundable.

You'll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

Please ensure your goods are well wrapped to prevent damage in the post. If you're shipping an item over £50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or buying shipping insurance. As we'll only process refunds once we've received the returned goods.

We'll process your refund as quickly as possible after receipt of returned goods. Please allow up to 21 days for the credit to reach your account.
