Delivery & Returns
We send all orders by First Class delivery through Royal Mail.
Once an order has been placed we'll package and despatch your goods as soon as possible but please allow five working days for your order to arrive. If you haven't received your order within this time please contact us.
UK - £5.00
Outside UK - £7.50
We deliver anywhere in the world. But, please note that delivery times are less predictable outside the EU.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you'll be delighted with your purchase and thank you for your contribution to shark conservation. But if you're not satisfied with your goods or you wish to return them for any reason, we'll offer you a replacement or full refund provided you contact us within 28 days of receipt.
Please note that, unless received faulty or damaged, products must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.

Unless goods are received damaged or incorrect, shipping costs are non-refundable.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Shark Trust, 4 Creykes Court, The Millfields, Plymouth GB PL1 3JB.
You'll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please ensure your goods are well wrapped to prevent damage in the post. If you're shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we'll receive your returned item and refunds will only be processed once the returned goods have been received by us.
Where a refund is claimed, we'll process the refund as quickly as possible after receipt of returned good, but please allow up to 21 days for the credit to reach your account.
